I am both a pastry chef and a graphic designer—two passions that I discovered could walk side by side, because both are forms of art. Since 2018 I’ve been working as a designer, and pastry became the perfect complement: a space where visuals and flavors come together to tell stories through taste and presentation.
 

I studied International Bakery and Pastry Arts at the Escuela Hotelera de San Juan, where I also worked as a chef instructor assistant in workshops, courses, and summer camps for teenagers. This experience strengthened my technical foundation and gave me the opportunity to share the craft through teaching.
 

After completing my studies, I began working at Lulo's Sweets & Savory, a local pastry shop focused on traditional desserts with a creative twist and unique flavor fusions. At the same time, I collaborated with Taller EnPunto as an assistant for events, catering, and weddings—an experience that allowed me to understand pastry not only as production, but also as part of memorable celebrations.
 

Every step of my journey has shaped my style: pastry that respects tradition, yet always seeks to surprise with creativity, aesthetics, and authenticity.
